Refund Policy
_Last updated: 2026_
1. Scope
This policy explains how refunds work for custom software and related services provided by Mohamed Adel Mamoun Mohamed Ibrahim ("we", "us", "our"). Because work is custom and time-based, refunds are handled according to the stage of the project.
2. Deposits
A deposit reserves time in the schedule and covers initial work. Once work has begun, the deposit reflects effort already spent and is generally non-refundable, except as described below.
3. Milestone payments
Projects are billed in milestones. Payment for a completed and delivered milestone covers work that has already been done and is not refundable. Amounts paid for future, not-yet-started milestones may be refundable if the project ends before that work begins.
4. When a refund may apply
If we are unable to deliver agreed work, or a project is ended before certain paid-for work has started, you may be entitled to a refund for the portion of work not yet performed. Each case is reviewed fairly based on what was delivered.
5. When a refund does not apply
Refunds do not apply to work already completed and delivered, to time already spent on your project, or to third-party costs (such as hosting, domains or paid services) incurred on your behalf.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us using the details below with your project name and the reason for the request. We aim to review and respond within a reasonable time.
7. Processing
Approved refunds are returned using a mutually agreed method. Any third-party fees associated with the refund may be deducted where applicable.
8. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
