1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by Mohamed Adel Mamoun Mohamed Ibrahim ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide software development and related services, including websites, applications, automation, integrations and similar work. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a written proposal agreed with you.
3. Quotes and proposals
Quotes are based on the information you provide and the scope agreed at that time. A quote is valid for the period stated in the proposal and may be revised if the requirements change.
4. Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects begin after a deposit, with remaining amounts due on agreed milestones or on completion. Payment terms for each engagement are set out in the proposal.
5. Scope and revisions
Work is delivered against the agreed scope. Each milestone includes a reasonable number of revisions as stated in the proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately as additional work.
6. Intellectual property and code ownership
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered code and project-specific assets transfers to you. We may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries and general know-how used to deliver the work.
7. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, necessary access, content and timely feedback. Delays in providing these may affect the timeline and cost of the project.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your project information as confidential and are willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request.
9. Warranties and disclaimers
We carry out work with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the website and services are provided "as is" without further warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. On termination, you pay for work completed up to that point, and any outstanding deliverables and ownership are settled accordingly.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
